I have been a regular at body & mind for several years now. I visit Belle for reflexology sessions interspersed with hot stone massages which I thoroughly recommend if you are feeling stressed, Belle also has healing hands and has been able to give me comfort where several doctors have failed. I was then introduced to Arlene who I now visit for regular facials & pedicures. I don't think you could find a more friendly atmosphere anywhere else & I now regard belle & Arlene as friends rather than therapists.

Belle is a wonderful person

I have been visiting belle at body & mind for 16 yrs. During that time I have had reflexology, reiki & bowen treatments. Belle has treated our 10 yr old twins at various times through there lives including visiting me in hospital for reflexology the day they were born. Belle has even treated our dog. Belle is a wonderful person, she goes out of her way to fit appointments in & she is always there when you need her. I have recommended her to family & friends 7 they all sing her praises. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
